STEP 1
Call us or fill in our enquiry form and a professional adviser will call you back to arrange a meeting either in our office or in the comfort of your own home. Telephone appointments are also available on request.
STEP 2
Once you are ready to proceed, we will process the application and submit all the required documentation to the lender for you.
STEP 3
Let us handle everything from here. We will chase the lender, the surveyor, the estate agent, the solicitor whilst you do your day job and provide you with regular updates along the way.
STEP 4
We will ensure that everything runs smoothly right up until the moment that the keys are handed over to you. we will also ensure that you are properly advised about how to protect your mortgage.

Our charges are based on 2 considerations: the loan amount and the complexity of your individual circumstances. We will provide you with a free initial consultation and we will always explain exactly what you may be charged, if anything, before you choose to proceed with an application.
As we offer a bespoke service our charges can vary. If a client fee is charged, it doesn’t merely cover the administration of your loan application. It also covers our extensive research, our in-depth knowledge of the market and contact with all parties to ensure your mortgage completes.
